Green bonds 2023/2026

In November 2023, Genova issued green bonds with an initial issue amount of SEK 500m and a tenor of 3 years under a total framework amount of SEK 750m. The green bonds carry a floating interest rate of 3 months STIBOR + 595 basis points and will mature in November 2026.

Genova intends to apply for admission to trading of the new green bonds on the sustainable bond list of Nasdaq Stockholm.

Green hybrid bonds 2021

In 2021, Genova carried out two issues of green hybrid bonds in the total amount of SEK 700m under a total framework of SEK 1,250m.

On February 8, Genova issued green hybrid bonds in the amount of SEK 500m under an outstanding green finance framework of SEK 1,250m. The green hybrid bonds carry a perpetual tenor and carry a floating rate coupon of 3 months STIBOR + 675 basis points.

On May 20, Genova issued green hybrid bonds in the amount of SEK 200m under its outstanding green finance framework of SEK 1,250m. The green hybrid bonds carry a perpetual tenor and was issued at a price of 101% of nominal amount representing approximately 3 months STIBOR + 650.

The green hybrid bonds are listed on the sustainable bond list of Nasdaq Stockholm.
