Genova Property Group AB (publ) (the “Company” or “Genova”) has successfully issued subsequent green hybrid bonds in the amount of SEK 200m under its outstanding green finance framework of SEK 1,250m (the “Green Hybrid Bonds”). After the issue of the Green Hybrid Bonds, a total amount of SEK 700m will be outstanding under the green finance framework. The Green Hybrid Bonds carry a perpetual tenor and was issued at a price of 101% of nominal amount representing ca. 3 months STIBOR plus 650 basis points. Genova intends to apply for listing of the Green Hybrid Bonds on the sustainable bond list of Nasdaq Stockholm.
Carnegie Investment Bank AB (publ) has acted as sole arranger and bookrunner in connection with the issuance of the Green Hybrid Bonds. An amount equal to the net issue proceeds of the Green Hybrid Bonds, together with the amount raised in the initial issuance of green hybrid bonds on 5 March 2021, will be used in accordance with the green finance framework including redemption of the outstanding preference shares.
