Genova Property Group AB (publ) (“Genova”) issued on 8 April 2022 subsequent green hybrid bonds in the amount of SEK 100 million under its outstanding green finance framework of SEK 1,250 million (the “Green Hybrid Bonds”). The total issued amount under the framework therefore amounts to SEK 800 million. In accordance with the terms and conditions of the Green Hybrid Bonds, the Genova has applied for admission to trading of the Green Hybrid Bonds at Nasdaq Stockholm on the sustainable bond list and the first day of trading at Nasdaq Stockholm is expected to be on or about 2 May 2022.
