Genova Property Group AB (publ) (the “Issuer” or “Genova”) has successfully issued green capital securities of SEK 500m under a framework of SEK 1,250m (the “Green Capital Securities”). The Green Capital Securities have a perpetual maturity with a floating interest rate of three months STIBOR plus 675 bps until first call date. Genova intends to apply for admission to trading of the Green Capital Securities on the Sustainable Bond List of Nasdaq Stockholm.
ABG Sundal Collier AB and Swedbank AB (publ) have acted as joint bookrunners in connection with the issuance of the Green Capital Securities. An amount equivalent to the proceeds from the Green Capital Securities will be used in accordance with the Issuer’s Green Finance Framework including redemption of existing preference shares.
