Genova successfully completes issue of subsequent green hybrid bonds in the amount of SEK 100 million under outstanding green framework

Genova Property Group AB (publ) (“Genova”) has today successfully issued subsequent green hybrid bonds in the amount of SEK 100 million under its outstanding green finance framework of SEK 1,250 million (the “Green Hybrid Bonds”). After the issue of the Green Hybrid Bonds, a total amount of SEK 800 million will be outstanding under the green finance framework. The Green Hybrid Bonds carry a perpetual tenor and was issued at a price of 100,25% of nominal amount representing ca. 3 months STIBOR plus 668 basis points. The net issue proceeds of the Green Subsequent Bonds will be used in accordance with Genova’s green finance framework and Genova intends to apply for listing of the Green Hybrid Bonds on the sustainable bond list of Nasdaq Stockholm.

Nordea Bank Abp has acted sole arranger and bookrunner in connection with the issue of Green Hybrid Bonds. Gernandt & Danielsson Advokatbyrå KB has acted legal advisor in the transaction.
